"Paper, plastic, or ironic, sir?"
Unfortunately.
Some phones don't have app stores?
Nope.
Not exactly a fan of most of Molly's posts, but I have to agree, she didn't make fun of the homeless in this post at all. A homeless person's updates probably are bleak compared to the average.
Awesome image. I'm glad I don't live anywhere close to a hurricane or tornado zone; appreciate the beauty without the worry.
Who knows how many people downloaded those songs, and what amount that would tally up to if legally bought (I didn't read the court documents, so it could very well be stated in those).
I don't think bankruptcy is an avenue to get out of a court ordered payment. I believe that's one of the only things a bankruptcy doesn't cover.
What grounds were there be? RIAA did not cause, endorse, or encourage someone killing themselves. That's solely on the idiot who does the deed.
Simple answer: don't pirate if you can't afford the potential consequences. I agree that $22,5 per song is a ridiculous sum, but the punishment fits the crime.
Can't we just all agree that Kyle, like most Gizmodo writers, don't do research or are unable to comprehend the difference between racism and biogtry? Last time I checked, "gay" is not a race.
Ah, religion. Always good for a laugh and to make an otherwise slow and tedious day somewhat amusing. This has gotta be one of the top stories I've read regarding religion lately; alongside the article about the guy wearing a pasta strainer on his head for his drivers license, I've had a good few days.
Good thing I don't live in the U.S.
I wouldn't trade anything for AC, as I already have it and am almost always at someplace or out somewhere that has it.
No, that's RIM and Blackberry, hence why they're still not ready to release the new OS, which became outdated when it was announced.
Or lack of proofreading.
That is an awesome skydiving experience, and I hope my next one goes like that. It's fun enough being fully secure, but the free-fall feeling has got to be amazing.
I won't lie... that's just a tad bit overkill.
"then again, hiring flesh-and-blood humans would cost half as much and provide the otherwise unemployed with decent jobs"
I don't think it's so much that the "entire OS is stunning" as much as not enough people use WP7 to warrant the time to create a theme. I have all three (as well as a Torch laying around somewhere, probably chewed up by now), and I find WP7 to be the worst.
