Full disclosure, my DD is a F-150. My commute, however, is 1.2 miles.

You're better off buying the fuel sipper and renting a pickup from your local rental agency when you need a pickup.

Totally agree - I used to not care about the jet turbine under my desk. Now, if it makes a peep I'm searching for a way to quiet the sucker down.

I agree and disagree - I agree that you can have a decent knife with a sharp edge that isn't name brand, however using a diamond sharpener is doing nothing more than tearing off metal that doesn't need to be removed. If your knife slips off a tomato, it's not sharp, period. Roughness to penetrate the skin? Yikes! A

I love steak posts from Melanie. I'm salivating. After being a tried-and-true "one flip" guy for so long, I've bought into the flip-often method and haven't looked back. Happy New Year!

My '52 Willys CJ-3A has quite a few grease joints. Thanks for including it Lifehacker! Those things make the biggest mess... Growing up on a farm, we spent the first 30 minutes greasing up every joint on the machines and implements, so any way to prevent the mess is awesome.

Good for Ford, bad for the bimmers. I had the same thought. I'm anxious to see what this new global pony can do.

Thank goodness I work in a small office where we all know each other. I'm not cut out for this type of career advancement/networking. I'd rather walk up to someone and ask them how their kids are doing because I actually know them.

Bring on the big f'n monster flicks.

I had an early Thanksgiving on Sunday with the wife's family, and I prepared my bird using AB's method. I had a 21lb turkey, and total cooking time was 3 hours, 15 minutes. Turkey turned out wonderful, and no basting, no turning, nothing. The prep is where the real work is at, and it was definitely worth it.

Target is also doing the buy one, get one 50% off on board games. Picked up Ticket to Ride and Dixit yesterday.

I LOVED NFS Porsche Unleashed. I remember sitting in front of my PC for hours with my joystick. Made me want a early '80s 911 SC sooo bad.

Anyone notice that the clouds are present in both shots? For some reason they're much darker in the PS4 version.

Agreed. I'm getting an XB1 because I've invested more into the MS "ecosystem". PS4 is going to be a damn fine console as well, and I'll probably purchase one in a few years.

A year is a long time to wait? For those of us that were original backers, we've already waited one year up to this point. I'll gladly wait one more if this delivers on its promise.

If you can do it, do it! I'll pray4(gamestore)mojo.

Sounds like you're OCD, just like me. You've reached a point where no one can equal the experience you're looking for just because you've reached the top and everyone else just doesn't quite cut it for competition.

Lost Cities is a quick, relatively simple game that my wife and I play all the time. We also play cribbage some evenings too if you're looking for a classic. She really enjoys Ticket to Ride, but isn't too big into the complex strategy games or co-op games. I leave those to my other gaming buddies. I love my game

I have a pi, and this looks interesting.

I love cast iron. Steaks, cornbread, veggies over an open flame, it's good for everything.
