@Oibotic: Nervous habit? I was chewing on the tie for my hoodie when I saw your post.

@beginattackrun: Okay, it's definitely a phobia, for its irrationality. What exactly is threatening or disgusting about this? Do women wearing men's clothes cause a similar reaction? Are you also afraid of or disgusted by homosexuality? Do you believe this even has anything to do with homosexuality? Do you

I'm diabetic, so should I sleep with a light on?

@blash: Being socially liberal has nothing to do with this. I'm socially quite liberal but have a strong appreciation for modesty and dignity.

@explod: My sister continued to use "that's so gay" as an insult after coming out as a lesbian. I think it offended me more, and I'm straight.

ts;dr

@mike_311: And if you don't like having a job that requires you to fly on occasion, find one that lets you take a train or boat instead.

@ParryLost: Might have to turn the graphics settings down just a little.

@Erasmus 'Joe' Trail: It honestly depends on how the suits defined the goals for the product. I worked for a company that is *still* profitably running a text-based MMO that launched in 1990, back when people paid by the minute to be online. There is no sane way to look at that and say "sorry, it's not WoW,

After a while it stops sounding like "shoot the hinges" and becomes a meaningless mantra. That's after the phase where you're questioning the emotional nuances of how the actor read the line.

@Crashproof: Oh, and I DO actually want to see the posts on one of the "fan" pages I'm on (which is more of a group thing, from before they had groups) in my feed and notifications without having to explicitly check on it manually.

Facebook is definitely *not* the ideal of showing people what they want the way they want to see it.

@nilsen: Lindt's 99% isn't as good as some others I've had, but I wouldn't call it disgusting. An acquired taste maybe. Their 90% and 85% are much nicer.

@Erasmus 'Joe' Trail: Spending $200k to develop a game and bringing in $500k in revenue every year is success.

@Bryy Miller: You honestly think there's no space in between $0 and $5 billion a year to make a tidy sum?

Define "worked." There have been many MMOs with smaller budgets that have made money for years and years and years and years and years and years and years despite not having fifty gazillion subscribers.

This is not archaeology!

@Crashproof: Most often, when you see armor that hides the face and has no exaggerated gender traits, we just assume it's worn by a man. Partly because in most human cultures it's rare for women to be warriors, but probably more because of the "women are women, men are people" idea.

@SkippyTheMarine: One could hand-wave that away with "advanced materials" or something, a la Crysis. Of course more often than not, men's armor is bulk and women's isn't.
