I saw a part of his stand up, and the entire thing was about how famous he is and how cool and rebellious he is. It was one of the most insufferable and unfunny acts I have seen in quite a while. I get the opposite vibe: it seems like he cares and tries entirely too hard.

No, it was something they advertised as a major component of the game, and one that would expand and evolve over time.

Yes, how dare people expect a company who actively advertised the online component of their game and its continued evolution as a selling point, to actually pay attention to and provide content for said online content they used to market the game.

No one is willing to admit it because it’s just a dumb nonsense thing that you made up based upon absolutely nothing. Your opinion isn’t objective fact. It could be a fantastic multiplayer game. I loved the online in the original, no reason this one couldn’t be great.
