Take a look at the CCXR Edition ridealong that Jalopnik went on during their trip to Koenigsegg HQ. Very manual.

Apparently, these things are popular for EV conversions. They've got lots of space for batteries, and the light initial weight keeps the final weight with batteries low.

You know what is so much worse? Kia Sportage. You'd think that the turn signals would be up by the brake lights, right by the belt-line, right? Wrong. They're down along the bumper, just waiting to be mistaken for reflectors. To make it even worse, the turn signals still aren't amber. It's absolutely useless

Well, think about Ender's Game (book, not movie). They didn't have FTL tech, but they still invaded, and puny little us drove them back. Currently, we have no idea if FTL travel is even possible, and while that doesn't necessarily mean that invaders won't have it, if both parties are limited by physics, it will level

Yeah, isn't Google Fiber only available in Kansas City? If that's not middle America, nothing is.

But if you were an alien invader, wouldn't you take out the planet's best fighters to increase your chances of succeeding? The list of tired, overused stereotypes you rattled off missed the big ones: gun-owning, second-amendment supporting,God-fearing (meaning not likely to buy into whatever nonsense the aliens feed

Technically, you can get a Roller in whatever color you want through the bespoke program. It may not be an official color name, but I can think of a lot of truly messed up things to draw colors from. Three-days-dead grey, my-favorite-shirt blue, horse-teeth yellow and yellow snow are the first to spring to mind.

There was the RSR concept, but that was just a design study and primarily for spec racing. I would love to see a production version; the concept was so pretty.

That would be by far the worst twist ever. I'm shocked that you would even utter such words. Leave Ledger's Joker out of it; make it "What if Bane was just following orders from Ra's Al Goul's daughter because they met a long time ago in a cave?" Not quite the same, but still kinda ridiculous, and without tainting

I'm divided over the Mandarin twist. It was a wonderful twist that showed Killian's brillance while giving us some lovely jokes and a very enjoyable character. It worked for the movie; and that's all any twist should have to live up to.

Perhaps a pre-constructed suit for Pepper, revealed to her after Tony is captured would be more to your liking?

Hey, now; be nice. It's not like Tony can't build a bunch more suits whenever he feels like it. It's not like he's not going to be in Avengers: Age of Ultron. It's not like Pepper enacted the Clean Slate Protocol; Tony did it of his own vocation. Calling people names and citing age-old sexist slurs are not going to

Wasn't that what Marvel did with Captain America? Instead of a cutscene, you got an extended trailer for Avengers. I don't mind it so much; it's better than some recent movies that had no idea what to do with it (I'm looking at you, Pacific Rim). The nice thing about the MCU's end scenes is the fact that they're well

Even the new Charger? I know it's a matter of personal opinion, but there is way too much black space on the new front facia for me to enjoy it. Also, the Avenger still looks early-2000's. And the Journey is too slab-sided; it looks outdated just like the Avenger.

It may be an enthusiasts' car, but it's not a true enthusiasts' car. Too many automotive 'posers' buy them these days, who don't care about the performance or the heritage, just that it's got a horse on the front. Also, there's too much technology. The reason Jalopnik gets so pumped up about Lotii, or old Volvos, or

I'm just not sure if its worth the extra weight. Surely slightly reduced torque for the first few hundred rpms would still break even when having to move 150 kg less weight. Also, no one is going to track this. The LF XX, maybe, but the F70 will be housed in rich mens' garages and driven to Monaco on the weekends.

God also said no hybrid Ferraris; yet look where we are today. Here's hoping that Ferrari will be smote by God soon; I'm getting sick of cars with such potential being ruined by lackluster styling and bullshit sales policies. Ferrari need to get off their high horse (pun intended) and start making true enthusiast

That's not to say that the F50 wasn't a great car. At the very least, it sounded like the devil himself. It's not like they just plopped an F1 drivetrain into a road car, either; I'm sure it took quite a lot of work to get it to work right. That said, it could have been better if not for Ferrari's insistence to use

And turbos weigh less. Wouldn't that make them the better alternative? I know it's probably Ferrari's way of using F1 tech, but it still seems like the wrong decision if the car was supposed to be strictly performance, instead of performance and economy like the other two.

I think his point is that the LaFerrari is less impressive than the other two. By using the hybrid technology for only one purpose, the LaFerrari limits its usability, and therefore its appeal. By itself, the LaFerrari may be a fantastic car, but, when compared to the others, it's sub-par.
