The novelty has already worn off on CJ being back in the show. Now I'm kinda anxious for them to have a scene with CJ and Mordecai being funny together, or at least showing a capability to have natural-sounding but unique and unexpected dialog together.

This season has been regrettably content to systemically grate the reams of marketable flubber.

I think most of the hate comes from "Dream Of Love" being a pretty lousy episode. And that was because the Bert/Somvilay storyboard team alternated between being overly safe and correct (Bert), and having a very distinctive style that was often intentionally slow and awkward (Somvilay).

"The real joy here is simply seeing these characters together engaged in
casual conversation, with no surreal elements around to distract their
attention."

They're gonna keep dangling Eileen in front of our faces then pulling her away until the show ends. They know we'll keep coming back just in hopes of another snippet of her and her weird hobbies.

apparently they drew Regular Show storyboarders Hilary Florido and Madeline Queripel into tonight's episode

same reason KotH was so hard to watch. I like the characters, but the show puts them through the wringer and it hurts to watch

1. Adventure Time
2. Breaking Bad
3. Archer
4. American Dad
5. Bobs Burgers?

AT deserves #1 just for the insane QUANTITY of insane quality.

this movie is a complete failure if it doesn't even mention the allegations of Mexican baby-eating and being a lizard.

Lose #5 might have been my favorite thing of 2013.

Hanselmann is fucking awesome

webcomics have been my entry point to comics this year.

The only reason you don't understand our music is you don't like it!

Did Fez come out this year? That's the newest game I played, and I loved it.

I am ready to go apeshit if Simon Hanselmann and Michael Deforge don't dominate that list.

There's going to be a list of not-mainstream comics, too, right?

They can have the Simpsons too. And considering Jim Reardon, Rich Moore, Brad Bird and Lauren Macmullen are over there, I'd actually treat it as good news.

This is highly irregular!
