I don’t think I can post a link to it here, but if you check out Tarmac Works on facebook, they have a nice video showing a bit of their production. A lot of the work is done by hand! I just bought my first two cars from them, and they’re amazing. Go check it out!
I just love the color on these two!
This is one I’ve had for a while, but it’s still one of the jewels of my collection. The casting from Kyosho is perfect. I love the fact that it has the wing retracted. The complex curves are perfectly represented here. The detailing is spot-on. And that color!
This is a mere Hot Wheels, and the first one I’ve shown for Car Week. However, it’s purple, and it’s a car that no one else has since it’s one of my customs!
It’s beautiful. Heavy. Detailed. With gold wheels!
1/64 by Kyosho.
This is the 2003 Subaru Impreza WRC driven by the Finnish team of Tommi Mäkinen and co-driver Kaj Lindström in Rally Great Britain.
I don’t know much about this car, other than it’s beautiful and I had to add it to my collection. This is a 1/64 by Kyosho. It also came in red or black. I fell in love with the white version though.
Up until Friday I had planned on bringing my McLaren F1 GTR by Kyosho.
Then I got my package from Taiwan, and everything changed.
Here are the Japanese cars from M2 that I’ve added to my collection. I know many of you have these along with most of the other cars in the first and second sets. These are the ones I really liked though. Enjoy my photos!

CM’s Rally Subaru. 1/64.
I haven’t installed all the antennas yet. But I will! I just had to shoot something when I pulled it out.
But I can’t read the boxes.
After 7 months of looking forward to them, my preorder was finally fulfilled. Awesome!!
I bought two new MiJo Exclusive castings, one from Greenlight and one from Johnny Lightning. I haven’t had a chance to take real photos yet as they just arrived yesterday, but I will eventually. So here are some awful phone pics. I couldn’t resist sharing them!
Anyone have a guess or two?
Some of you may have seen this little set before, or perhaps you own it yourself. I came across it at BMW’s Zentrum here in South Carolina. My Dad and I went to the BMW Car Club of America Foundation’s exhibit, Heroes of Bavaria. It was a fantastic show! I don’t think I’ve shared most of my photos from there . . .
Most of us have these two, but I haven’t seen many images of them together. So here they are! They’re a great pairing and would go well together in some multi-millionaire’s garage.
