Even if Skunch only volunteers in gas stations’ men’s rooms, I still think there needs to be some standards enforced. Perhaps I can speak to someone at the regional level?

I’m terribly sorry, but I’m going to need to speak with Skunch’s manager.

Ever since this term was introduced, it has been used by the incompetent and rude to dismiss legitimate criticism of their shortcomings. That’s not to say there are not real examples — including many of the famous online videos — but sometimes you really do need to speak with a manager.

I feel very bad for anyone who has to drink milk that isn’t whole. Even if they, misguidedly, do it on their own volition.

I don’t know ... it’s hard to get more liberal than I am, yet anything less than 100% whole milk still seems suspect to me (and definitely tastes like dirty dishwater).

Online discussion of “nerd” properties is just so toxic now that you can’t even talk about the relative quality of shows/movies without being unwillingly pulled into culture wars. [*Not that one can even have that discussion about this particular movie yet, since no one has seen it — but still].

Big hair rock and sadness? It must be terribly uncomfortable for you if “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” starts playing in a public place!

Grade-A Prime father material there! Can’t imagine why his ex-girlfriend opted for an abortion rather than a life tied to this winner. It’s a real mystery.

After the results of this week’s special election in Virginia (where a Democrat flipped a Republican seat in the state senate), the bans in that state are now mostly posturing in advance of the statewide legislative elections happening this November.

I wonder sometimes about what will happen when states like Texas and Florida become uninhabitable because of climate change ... that’s when we’re going to need robust border security and an apparatus to judge asylum seekers for fitness as potential citizens. We certainly don’t need the yahoos migrating northwards

Isn’t “F*ck it, I’ll Kill Us All!” the Republican party platform these days?

This is the correct answer — it doesn’t even need true believers like Barrett, Alito, or Thomas to happen. Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Gorsich can side with the liberal justices in an attempt to repair the court’s image. As a bonus, they might figure it will somewhat blunt voter anger with Republicans heading into the

Twelve miles off the coast is international waters; a federal ban would not apply to that, either.

I have never understood Star Wars fans whose behavior and opinions indicate they see the (quite clearly racist/colonialist) Empire as the heroes of the story.

I mean, they’re rectangles with various colors. Multiple that by a few thousand and spread those thousands over forty years and it gets a little tricky. Sure, I know what my all-time favorites look like ... and the “valuable” books (early 1800s stuff, first editions, etc.). An enjoyable mass market paperback I picked

If you can remember your books based on the color of their covers, you do not have enough books. If you can shelve your books neatly, side-by-side, you do not have enough books. If you know to within the nearest thousand how many books you have, you do not have enough books.

I feel like we’re proving constantly that humanity — especially that “special” branch of the family tree in the United States — deserved a much less forgiving pandemic.

What a sterling example of why arming teachers is a terrible idea. Let’s just imagine what the voices in his head might have told him to do if he had access to a firearm.

Here’s what you do:

The boardgames themselves are serviceable cooperative dungeon crawls; the value, though, is in the good number of miniatures included in each of these games.
