The original amendment states: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Meaning both shall not be infringed. It does not say that a well regulated militia is the only group that has the right to bear arms.

The amendment has been altered over and over. The original text states it shall not be infringed, every gun control measure has been a form of infringement. As I’ve stated the country is attempting to solve the problem and retain its citizen’s rights. You do not know enough about this country.

I think you missed the point. Nuclear weapons are classified technology, and not a well-known and simple thing to create like a gun is. They also aren’t something that is legal to own by a citizen, nor protected by a constitution. They are not the same.

You need to understand that this is nothing more than information being distributed, and the government prevention of it is unconstitutional. Blocking its distribution sets a precedent that could allow blocking any distribution of information if the government says it’s “dangerous”
