About 3200 lbs and yes street legal drag radials when driven off the track. Or sometimes when just cruising, a set of 245/40/16 summer tires where there is no grip at all. It's easy to imagine the challenge of a hellcat with that kind of power.
Not every drag car is like that. One like mine that's streetable, has insurance, license plates, 4 seats, plenty of storage for groceries being a hatchback, with 800 hp, 9 second E.T.s, and an engine that hasn't needed anything more than a valve train adjustment for about 15 years.
If you're like myself and own a drag car, it's not too hard to imagine
