Compared to the E36/E46 325 and 328 steering? The current plain 3 series steering are a far cry. Electric steering can be done great even for cheaper model(not that that should be an excuse for not tuning it better), witness the RX-8/Mazda 3(not to mention GT3..), so there’s really no excuse for BMW to do a subpar…
