I'd be much more interested in seeing the venom GT and one:1 go at it on the Isle of Man than this short/boring as heck Goodwood "course", but of course that'll never happen due to some lame excuse. I know someone's bound to come in blasting me about how this "hillclimb" and the Goodwood circuit that this is a

Okay. I'll add this, which should be much more in line with what you raised. I literally find no joy playing with a controller, in that it becomes much more of a chore to aim with the right stick and pressing trigger to fire. It's just more comfortable with kb/m to do the same task. The only saving grace for using

You make it sound like people bother with using turn signal even if they do still work in other US States. I'd know because here in NorCal(the land of idiot and moron drivers) when I honk people for suddenly stopping to turn into a parking lot or side street, they'd flip the middle finger and get all pissy for

ESPECIALLY FPS? You've got to be kidding. Take any top tier kb/m FPS player vs the best on console and they'd still slaughter the latter. About the only thing that's good for controller vs kb/m are platform games/fighting games, with the latter being much better suited with a full blown fighting stick anyway.

Wow you sure have a low EQ. By all means continue typing in all uppercase because that makes your arguments so very convincing.

One of those memes that can't die soon enough. That's about as disgusting as that cranking that's recently reported. *Shudder*

Even with that huge wing it's still better looking than the bloatedness/abomination that is the MINI Countryman :D

2010 Ferrari 458 Italia- $218,000,000

It's 34k. High end bike price, but hardly a lot of money, considering a bmw 328i costs more.

I'd still take the Cayenne turbo/S over this, if only because Cayennes are quite a bit more reliable than RR's.

The X1/X3 are just as quick if not quicker. I'm not saying the 3.0TT is a fair comparison, but then again comparing a 30k+ CUV with a 3.5V6 base engine to two CUV that starts at 23k with a 2.4L I4(and got nothing more powerful) isn't exact fair either...

The F-type V8 roaster is supposed able to rip a 3.4 0-60.

You seriously need to stop looking if your current "perfectly reasonable" budget is more than 3-5 times as much as the original budget IMO. Of course if your original budget is 10k, you *really* shouldn't be spending 50k on a car :D

Regarding VANOS, yes Api did not make mention of this. He looks like he does really good research on all of his purchases. Wonder why he missed that.

The 325i one major item is the subframe and some other minor problems. This one has the VANOS to deal with too.

That VANOS system alone will keep reminding you that if it goes kaboom the engine goes with it.

You missed a few steps:

Surely you jest :D

That's if you can do the conversion yourself, otherwise that cost alone will drive your overall price much closer to the manual equipped one. And, if you ever want to sell the car, it'll be worth at most as any of the other same condition SMG, but likely less because only a die-hard BMW fan/frugal buyer will want to

At that price, you'd be looking at Cayman S/boxster S/C6 corvette/etc which all are as good/better in most/all aspects.
