I sold mine after driving it for just under 2 years and less than 8k on the clock. The only things worn in that car were the stock crap dunlop tires, which I intended to replace before I decided that I was too old to be driving around looking like a ricer. The dealer turned around and slapped a price of 35k on the

Thank you Mr. Juechter!

It's either he has an actual OCD with fasteners or he's trying to be funny. His response to OCD people should not be made fun of was "you must be fun at parties", so I'm leaning toward the latter. Draw your own conclusion.

How does this car compare to the ZR1 when it comes to heat soak?

btw early 90's is as far back as I personally know for certain.

What this article and that "think-tank" said should've been concluded in one sentence. "Our think-tank just found out about this amazing fuel/distance concept today, YAY!!" Nothing about the gl/mile is new. I don't know why this think tank seem to think this gallon/mile is such an amazing new concept, when Canada has

You'd be well advised to follow your own advice and check the article you're posting to before you hit the publish button, just saying ;)

Test drove one shortly after the coupe came out. Steering was meh, seating position was awkward. Shifter was meh/bleck, The whole thing just feel weird. Yeah it looked cool outside and went pretty fast, but what a let down. That compare to the FRS I drove months back, huge difference, for the better of course. BTW, I

I've got nothing against you buying a volvo :D My bad if it seemed that way. I think you can do better/worse than volvo new or old, so there's that. Take the Xc60. I'd picku the Q5/X3/Macan(and I absolutely am not a fan of Audi cars) over the XC60, but that's just me so.

foul not fowl.

I prefer the "hannibal" grill over the current shield-whatever-it's-called.

When that screen stops working, oh boy that's going to be something fun to see. Same thing with the MB S-class, but nowadays I trust MB's electronics more than Audi's.

Except now volvo is owned by the Chinese and there's no way in hell I'd buy a car from a Chinese owned company over a Japanese one. That and Volvo permanently lost their magic on the car side after the 850/960 when they switched to the meh s60/s80 era.

Can I haz troll?

Well in my defense I didn't say the new one is less prone to leaking :P I just know from the experience of a friend who owned the 993 targa that I will never even consider getting one. As for the new one? I think I'd just get a cab if I ever have the itch to get open air experience in a 991. At least that one's much

Cab comes as 4 and 4S so.

And horribly finicky/expensive to deal with if it leaks, especially for the 993.

That's what I'm thinking too. Then again if the body structure is still steel then the repair cost wouldn't be nearly as scarily expensive as cars like the A8/XJ/Range Rover.

Yeah I should've gone and checked the max speed for 1st and second for corvette. mid 70mph is safe(legal) in Texas and Montana and a couple of other states IIRC, so there's that :P
