I have not ridden in the R63 so I cannot comment, but judging from ML63, I don't think the ride suck *that* much. And the body kit isn't really that bad IMO.

I love it when Jalop editors fight argue amongst themselves. Heehee :D
Just did a quick search for R500s. Okay price-wise it's not bad...around 17k for a 2007. Then I look at the mpg. Holy CRAP!! 12/17?? Just out of sheer boredom I look up the mpg for R63. 12/16. So if I'm going to drive this car, I'm very much better off just getting the R63 instead. LOL.
He didn't? I thought he came up with the idea for the show...
You seemed to have survived with your old accent, and this thing has way more power than that. Most people get by just fine with the same or less power than the FR-S. A bit paradoxical is that you want to save money by going the used route, yet you don't mind buying a turbo that is more thirsty than the NA FR-S and…
If it were spending this much on a uber sedan, I'd expect it to seat people comfortably in the back. This has as bad rear headroom as the bmw 6 GC, and it seems most reviews choose to ignore that fact and heap praise on the car nevertheless. What's the point of buying this if the rear is for kids and very short adults…
Looks like it made onto your local TV station too lol:
Ha, Just did a search and there's even a news report on your WTVR CBS 6 TV channel.
You'd have to leave the wife at home and strap the kid/baby seat in the passenger seat me thinks :D
You've got to be kidding if you're seriously comparing the Z to the Challenger. The Z is nowhere near as huge/heavy as the Challenger and it's still pretty damn fast using that V6.
If that's ugly as hell, what do you call the Aztek?
Can the N20 in this car be easily modded to have the same output as the 328i? I remember reading a while back on a bmw forum that it wasn't just a detuned N20 sitting in there, but there were quite a few engine parts that were replaced with less costly/strong ones, thus making the mod for higher power not worth the…
My bad I was multitasking. I still stand by my original statement though. Any car that has parts that are known to break and rings in at 15% of the total vehicle's cost each time for replacement should not have a value rating of more than 5/10. I was being generous when I said 6.
A bit odd that you're the one who's responding to all of the posts and Travis is not. Nothing wrong with you giving us your thoughts on it, but the writer is thus far silent.
More fun and better in your opinion, not the general consensus.
Hmm. That's odd, wonder why there's such a huge difference between CL and Autotrader.
I'd get the M5 over this since they cost about the same, considering M5 was designed from the start to be a complete package, and this was modded from the 550i.
Do you know of sites that I can look at to find these minis? Every time one of these pop up on CL it's more than 14k easy. I want a fun weekend car, but not *that* badly to pay more than 8-9k for a mini so...
They need to make more mainstream cars/suvs(the horror!) to help them fund developing next gen Elise/Exige Esprit. Making a RWD HB is not going to help them in that regard, since few people buy hatchback in the first place, and fewer still buy an expensive one. They'd just end up wasting even more money that way.
I was already thinking you weren't getting kickbacks for recommending so it definitely looks like a great thing to attend. Must find time to check it out this year LOL
