Ahh, the 60s
I always told my kids that there should be a metal greatest hits album called Now That’s What I Call Angry, but instead of going with Pantera Cowboys from Hell. I’ll go punk with Jello Biafra and The Dead Kennedys with California Uber Alles.
Hey, thanks. I love the people on the daily music thread. So much great music. My favorite music is the post punk era, but I also love Jamaican rock steady, reggae of course, all three waves of ska, glam rock, punk, new wave, opera, new swing, jazz, blues, the diversity of music is amazing. I think Ray Charles said it…
Classic song. God the post punk era was fantastic.
Shining On - Big D and the Kid’s Table

Adding some trippy post punk music.
But if he had made contact with the ball, a yellow card right? ;-)
So we’re doing trippy music tonight? There’s so much fun music in this category. I could go newer music like Passion Pit or The Naked and the Famous. I could go classic rock with Steve Miller’s Space Intro, but I think I’ll go with Laurie Anderson’s O Superman from 1982. It was the first CD I ever heard.
That is awesome! My wife is a speech pathologist and that’s a great story.
Seems apropos
Root for the Vikings? First thought, Meghan Trainor’s No, but I’m in a good mood so how about Zep’s The Immigrant Song.
