My theory is that by 2030 there will be no need for wires. It'll all be conductive charging, wireless data transfer, etc... meaning no need for USB or other wires. I don't pay close attention to the battery industry but I coulda sworn
Yeah, I totally disagree with USB ports, JPGs, lithium-ion batteries, and clamshell notebooks.
The actual purpose of the page is simply for people to express a like in the idea of not instagraming everything. The call to action was just something to encourage interaction.

While it would be nice to have a new, innovative Mac OS, I'm surprised that you're surprised this isn't it. It's still an iteration of OS X. This kind of criticism should be held for OS 11, whenever that may arrive. Or saved for a general critique of Apple.

Yes, I waited. I only have one device so if I root/rom an update that my network isn't ready to deal with yet, I'm screwed... so I'd rather have at&t tell me when it's "safe" to update.

Yeah I get it.... You don't have facebook's app on your phone, which should notify you, and you never log into Facebook to see the bright red notification that says you have mail.
Second person I saw bitching about this. This is not a privacy issue... in fact, it's the opposite. Why WOULDN'T you want to mask your personal email with a FB address?
Another method: Open FB app (on Android, at least) — click device's Menu button, Click Settings, you'll see a new Notification check box for "Friends Nearby" where you can check if you want to be alerted of friends nearby or not. Oh wait... I guess that's for people you're already friends with. Nevermind.
