But he left out the SSD and windows OS, so $1,100 is probably right.

The per hour price suggests the target market will be occasional gamers rather than people who play games for hours every day.

Even if a contractor is responsible the plaintiff can still sue MSI and does not have to (but may) also sue the contractor. MSI could also sue the contractor to force the contractor to reimburse MSI for anything paid to the plaintiff.

That’s tough when they can’t get licensing to let you download their own originals.

My thoughts exactly. A game like Mario or Double Dragon II that saves between levels would be boring after the first play through, with limited lives and no saves, it makes the game replayable and challenging.

The uncommon part is actually having the discipline to get off his ass and actually do something about it. Kudos for him.

A protest is an action or statement designed to bring awareness to a problem, not hacking to take what you think you should have been given. What you are claiming is the equivalent of a fast food worker “protesting” a low wage by taking money from the register.

Except the article mentions there are two planned releases with LGBT headliners, so it is really just bitching about an issue that has already been solved.

What aspect makes you think this will be less than the best mobile gaming experience available other than a gaming laptop?

My thought exactly. I remember thinking the idea of the movie was awesome and the execution was terrible. I watched it again after the TV show and the movie is so bad I recommend people don’t watch it even if they like the show.

I hate dungeon run-throughs. I’m there to enjoy the gameplay, not to run around and loot.

How about the “commentary and criticism” portion of fair use.

This is absurd. There is absolutely no potential, as Fox wrongly claims, of consumers becoming confused that Fox endorses her channel. Anybody with a quarter of a brain will recognize it just means she is a fan of the show and of the similarity in her name to that of the character.

And also “my graphic settings are adjusted based upon the ability of my computer to run perfectly well when I’m not moving and the only character on screen and I never stopped to think that it might not be able to handle those settings during the peak of a PvP fight.”

Yes, it does. Some people, however are blind to their own mistakes. They have the mentality that every time they get close to escaping noob-land they have a streak of bad luck where they are assigned noon teammates that cause them to lose and get dragged back down.

I will never understand why the N64 controller is criticized. It was my favorite of all time. I can’t access all 4 shoulder buttons on a PS controller without feeling like I’m about to drop it, and the XBox controller is large and unwieldy.
