I agree. I’ve got about $5k into my 99 EK hatch, and it will take another $15k or so to get it where I want, my dream build.

Thank you for acknowledging the importance of center of pressure. André Lefèbvre would be proud.

Traction Avants are unibody construction!

As a fellow Chicagoan this is 100% accurate. I rarely see this behavior anywhere else.

I think of the NightRider when I look at the night sky...

My car is FWD with a transverse I4. It has a timing chain, not a belt. But the timing chain tensioner has a ratcheting mechanism and you can measure how much the plunger has moved out and know whether it is within spec.

Not to mention that in many other countries it's much more difficult to become naturalized than it is in the US. Have you seen his avatar? Looks black to me.

He's probably feeling a little grey.

That's a lot of exclamation points for having to endure a Lions game.

Kerry Kilos, is that you?

I feel your pain. My '99 9-3 SE has 217k miles on the clock, and while all the major mechanicals are sound, the thought of needing about a dozen $6 tiny plastic clips to reattach my hatch trim makes me lose sleep at night. Not to mention it needs an SID rebuild, spare key that requires a Tech II to program, rear
