He’s an astroturfer. Don’t bother.

Dealers currently don’t try to sell new cars. They make money on used cars and repair/servicing.

Teslas (theoretically) need far less servicing. So that revenue stream is out, and why would an EV dealership sell used ICE cars? That’s stupid.

Showrooms + offsite stock was the way to go. They can easily go that way

Neutral is a dumb question. You become profitable by stopping investment for the future and ceding your lead in tech and vertical integration to VW in order to become a niche brand.

I guarantee if you asked any CEO, they’d take Tesla’s current position in buzz/marketing, technology, and vertical integration and double

Model Y. Crossovers are just hatchbacks with a different name.

Yes, the issue with the Model S is that anyone who does a small amount of reading knows:

1) the battery is obsolete relative to the Model 3
2) the motor design (was) obsolete relative to the Model 3
3) the Model S, with all that, is 40 grand more expensive.

Yeah, no-brainer.

Tesla needs the Model S to start at 60k with a

Why would Tesla subcontract? I’m pretty sure the entirety of their pack production is being dedicated to their own car manufacturing.

The other brands would have to sell even MORE expensive cars if they bought Tesla base frames.

And yet, transportation HAS TO GO ELECTRIC.

Why would anyone respond to your “points” if you say things like that?

Shit TSLA shorters say.

I can’t wait for USC/Stanford to tell recruits that UCLA and Fresno State athletes can make money playing football, but USC and Stanford can’t.

Or all universities in Texas, Alabama, Florida, Ohio, and Georgia, just to name a few states.

Yeah, where are you going? All those schools will need to vastly increase the

Salty delicious packets! Also: soy sauce packets for a sodium jolt.

I want to do races for the first two groups, then you do TTs to determine the pole (but still random among the TT’ers for the non-pole).

I dunno. F1 is hard to make fun.

Private equity has no time for your charity. They are about Major Sports and clickz.

Qualifying races can determine “pools” that cars belong to, and then the grid positions are randomized within the pools, except for the overall qualifying winner, who gets pole.

So you have four or five initial races, and the top two go on to the next round. All the nonqualifiers get the crap pool.

Well, unless you get shoes with a thicker sole.

Oh YEAH.

Except: make it the size of an RV.

? the battery charge went pretty well once they picked a “good” station.

So why not “VROOM”? Or does Mazda own that?

The NASCAR FoxSports radio feeds are embarrassing, just a sequence of bleeping about complaints that each and every driver does equally. It makes me respect Formula 1 drivers for their decorum.

That’s probably the biggest potential boon to the Model S bottom line. Porsche resets the high end (since Tesla kind of painted themselves in a corner by *only* being about 100k for a P100D).

The Model 3 definitely took some of the luster out of Model S and its top end sedan. Spec wise the Model S wasn’t much better

Yeah, well I’m a Tesla stan and roll my eyes at half of Elon’s tweets. Teslas also aren’t appreciating assets, and all those dumb claims about self-driving.

But they just test drove a car with body changes and a new drivetrain. It may not be a facelift, but how much of a new car is a new car?
