Do you have a source on the “faux-fur” aspect? That white cauliflower jacket definitely appears real.

“I was ambivalent about the use of the transparent PVC coats—there are other examples at 1:45 and 10:18 in the video—but the dark lining created a pleasant contrast with the fur.”

Also thanks for going and for speaking out, I worked late and went to the basketball game instead, I suck.

I don’t have a ton of experience with the college besides my partner studying and working there, but I think you will be fine! It’s the ‘working world’ you will have to worry about. I’m lucky in that I get a bit of a “free pass” for being the ‘weird artsy type’...they can dismiss that I’m an outspoken person based on

Mmmmm, MANY of the conservatives here work in fields (or own businesses) that will hugely benefit from the Trump presidency.

lol ok

There are a lot of wealthy conservatives here who will always go out and vote. I just don’t see it turning. I don’t. I think it’s naive to count on it. That’s how Trump happened.

Bentonville is so dang weird.

Eh, not necessarily. We have a very liberal group here in NWA, but we are still not the majority.

This is pretty mean spirited. How nice for you that you have no problems being spontaneous. SES and SIS are interesting terms with a lot of research behind them...not ‘mechanical dreariness’. And, sorry, humans are not out of romance novels, we ARE mechanical and things in our bodies DO happen for very specific

I did it for $8/hr a few years ago. Barely lasted 6 months. It was too heartbreaking and exhausting to do that work and make so little. AND they wanted me to go to school (hence the extra ~$.75 over minimum wage) out of my own pocket. It was brutal. All the teachers were dirt poor. I hope someday it changes.

Worked for La Petite. Can attest.

Did you give up watching by the 8th? I don’t blame you. But it was pouring down rain by the 9th!

“Because 2016 has granted us just a sliver of mercy, on Thursday the final presidential debate” nope

Buuuuut no, though. They’re not saying “you made moms whose kids died of pill overdoses feel bad when they see your purse”. It’s literally “uh this is promoting fucking sad, damaging, dangerous attitudes that will be harmful to those who fall under the influence of the casual attitude toward prescription drug abuse”.

I had heard it aloud without seeing it written all growing up (lived in Arkansas but tv was from MO, so mainly during weather forecasts and whatnot) so when I moved to Missouri and saw it written, and THEN realized what it was, I kinda lost it. I still get confused sometimes!

Honestly I’ve heard more Arkansans say Muh-zur-uh than Missourians!

Maaaaan, no one I’ve ever met in Missouri likes that guy. There are just SO MANY small Missouri towns with people you don’t want to meet.

Well, he’s located about 100 miles away from the charming town of “Nuh-Vay-Duh” Missouri. No shit.

Recently had a pair of ADPi officers in my office for a business meeting. They wore slouchy shirts with exposed sports bras, and gym shorts.
