Was just coming here to say the same thing. You gotta wonder how he ended up married to someone who rarely supports him, or how he has a good relationship with his Dad if he's always favoured his other son like that.

"I for one feel like Sue’s suffered enough and deserves to get a boyfriend who’ll actually stick with her for the long haul" … Darrin wanted to marry her.
So, I don't think that's the problem, lmao.

"So wait, I'm sorry… did he punch his way out of there?"
"Yeah, he grinded his way out."

"You think they'd believe I'd go see that garbage twice?!"

Yeah, that had me wondering if that's an actual thing people do, because it seemed rude, yet familiar. I'm certainly not "poor" like the Hecks are, but I couldn't just afford half a big screen, half the price of VIP concert tickets, etc, at a moments notice (and I could definitely relate to everything Sue said she did

I feel more bad for Stewart with every passing episode. I just want him to have friends&family that support him and don't make his life so difficult!

Ah, okay. I don't remember what Dean told her, only what she said to her mom afterwards. I definitely agree Dean's the worst in the situation. I just didn't think that Rory had been lied to.

Okay, I don't like Dean, so I don't want to defend him but- didn't he not at all lie to Rory about the cheating? When Lorelai asked Rory about whether or not he was leaving his wife, whether or not he moved out of their house, etc, didn't she say they hadn't discussed it yet? That Dean had said he still loved Rory and

I saw this when I was very young and knew even then that that was messed up.
I don't understand people saying season one Dean was perfect.

Yeah, I wouldn't really like Claire&Dean ever actually being a thing, but in this episode she was just some motivation for Dean. They never had a scene alone together, she never caught on to it, and it wasn't that important to the plot. It feels overblown here, and I would have given it a higher grade too.

Oh, well that's good. I get why they'd want to put a Rob Lowe show with a John Stamos show, but I think that ultimately turned people off of both of them, thinking it's just two 80's actors trying to lead new sitcoms. They even promoted them together and it seemed stupid. So yeah, now that it's going to be behind a

Oh, really? That sucks. I haven't been paying attention to the ratings.
Hopefully they get better, or the network chooses to stick with it despite them…

I started thinking right after I left this comment "you know what? That show could find a way to bring him back anyways" lmao.
I wish they kept him alive too, though. I definitely thought he'd go back to the show as a season finale cliffhanger or something. I'm surprised they did this so early.

As if the show-within-a-show Grinder was real, I was really upset that they killed off Mitchard. I think I probably hated it so much because I've been there. I've been a fan of shows that an actor returned to JUST to be killed off, and it's upsetting. Maybe it wasn't what Dean ultimately felt he needed, but the poor

I think this show is really fun, and I'm once again looking forward to next Tuesday. I do think grounding for deleting an episode was stupid, but it was more due to the lying, so, I dunno.

I hate that TV couples never seem to talk about what they want before they've already been in a relationship for a while. It's always the reason for a fight or a breakup. Is this realistic? Am I the only one who thinks that for as long as Devin & Axl have been together, he would have known by now that she wasn't

I agree it wouldn't be right for him to actively pursue her when she told him she wasn't interested, but I won't see a problem if, as they start working together and get to know eachother better, perhaps she becomes interested. It happens… and it's certainly not the first time it has happened on TV.

Meh, I don't think there needs to be rules, I guess. As long as everyone is legal and consenting, it's all good to me.

I don't particularly love Claire being immediately set up as Deans love interest either, but I definitely don't see the age thing as a problem. A 30 year old with a 50 year old just doesn't seem weird to me.
Maybe that's just me though, I dunno.

Curious as to why Mike&Frankie don't consider the eighth grade to be a big deal. That year was huge for me & everyone else I know; not to mention, it's your first graduation- the last year before highschool!
