Yeah, but the maintenance costs of kids are so high. And they're incredibly fragile. I dropped mine just once and afterwards it was useless.

People who prefer true 1080p.

As a reformed torrenter, I have to say that I haven't torrented since I went to Spotify mobile. For $10, I get a massive library of songs, and I always said when something along the lines of this came about, I would use it. Well, I've put my money where my mouth is, and I'm quite happy with my choice.

I can't confirm that, but I can tell you I just sent my Prime back because the screen died on me. No drops, no ROMs, not even heavily used. It just didn't turn on again the next day, and this isn't an isolated incident. While I'm extremely excited for this tablet, I'll wait to see about the durability of it before I

Hey, I'm really glad you enjoy it, and I would probably get one if I were the only one to watch my TV, because ESPN 3D is awesome. This is just a common complaint, and one that I agree with. No disrespect to those that choose to buy them. In fact, I'm glad you have. That money pushes forward what it takes for the

I hope he kills the whole "Bet the company on 3D technology that people don't like" plan. 3D has been forced so far, and until we get glasses-less 3D with decent viewing angles, it simply won't be reasonable to keep forcing it. I personally don't mind a 3D IMAX movie now and then, but I have absolutely zero interest

"HTC messed up their branding in some cases, while not branding enough in others. When it came out, the EVO was the phone to get on Sprint, but they proceeded to dilute the brand with the Shift, 3D and Design"

I'll hit a couple points here to clear some things up. First things first, Giz went for the tech dream of unmanned fighters. To put it simply, it ain't happening in our lifetime, for some of the reasons you stated. This would require a fighter aircraft to be jam-proof, because even a few seconds of auto-piloted

I'm going to steer you away from FLAC files, because it adds a couple extra steps to get it to play on most portable audio players. Where you're wrong is that torrents are an excellent place to go for high quality music, since bittorrent thrives on larger files. The easy way to go is look for 256 kbps or higher mp3's,

I thought about just letting this stand, but I feel a few additional points need to be made on this topic. Your first point about cash is probably correct, though I don't feel we've spent that much to date. The trillion dollar mark that got a lot of airtime over the F-35 was over the 50 year life of the plane, and

I always wondered what it was like for the two drivers in these situations. Is it like after you wake up in the morning and realize you have no clue who the girl is next to you? Where you both just uncomfortably acknowledge one another, drive off, and hope you never see each other again?

The role of the F-22 and F-35 are very different, and the F-35 shouldn't be lumped in with the F-22 on this case for several reasons. The main reason being the F-35 hasn't been used because we didn't really have enough in time for Libya. The main purpose of a stealth fighter like this is to take down old SAM systems,

I don't think they really have a choice. They're just slaves to their contracts with no updates in site, and without the tech know-how to get off it, or even to care to.

While Gizmodo's bias towards Apple is well noted, at no point while reading this did I think this was a dig at Android itself. They even refrained from mentioning the iOS adoption stats that MacAttack did. This was a continued complaint at the manufactures who have yet to realize the expectations levied upon them by

My first thought on this was that it looked pretty good. Then I realized that by having to hold the home button down, you would need to use another hand to do this comfortably. Function dictates form, so this needs to be changed before it goes live.

Future rich me just started salivating. Unfortunately, he is still well off to the future, when this will be a quaint little piece of antiquity.

When the kinks are worked out, I'll take my fly-by-wire F-22. Besides, you couldn't have this aircraft without it, there's too much going on for the pilot to deal with without it.

I may be reading your comment wrong, but it seems like you think the fleet is being decommissioned. That's not what is happening here, rather we're not producing any more F-22's, and we're not exporting the F-22 design ever, so this production line is being shut down.
