Most people have responsibilities that require a steady income. Like children, for example. These people may end up quitting in the long run due to issues like this.  But they should be allowed to find new work before getting hit with criticisms like this.

Company values in general never mean much anyway. It’s the ultimate facade that people buy into.

I hear amazing things and promising stories about teenage boys for 30+ years and through real interaction with the community around me. Not just through internet and news outlets that focus specifically on negative stories (because that is what people are drawn to read).
