It’s never OK for people like you—constantly jumping all over people trying to do the right thing for using a wrong word. You’re pathetic, and again, slavery is not owned by people of color—it has existed since the beginning of time. How sad to gripe and moan and complain about everything.

Oh, for God’s sake, you Yank, the quote is about a very important British historical event. Not everything is about America. Seriously, there were more rebels out there than Americans. A whole world full of them. Hundreds of cultures over the centuries from country after country filled with rebels at some point in

Thank you. It didn't become illegal for a man to rape his wife in all Australian states until the 1990s. The 19 freaking 90s!

I agree, it’s driving me nuts that people keep saying ‘not being able to vote’ as if that was all these women endured. Obviously that quote and wearing those tshirts was gross and wrong, but don’t respond to that wrong by dismissing the oppression women faced for generations.

Or...we could stop censoring, editing, cutting to size women’s history to suit women like you.

Must my countrymen (and women) forever demonstrate loudly and publicly that they understand jack shit about world history? Not everything can or should be seen in U.S.-centric terms.

If this were a film about American history, that would be utterly valid. Brits at the time would probably associate the word “rebel” more with Irish Free Staters than any kind of American.

I don’t get it. There have been thousands and thousands of years of slavery, and not just black slaves, but slaves across alll spectrums. They were viewed once upon a time as war prizes. And, as an American POC I wasn’t offended. But I tend to view history in a broader spectrum than just an American one. Eh.

Americans really do think they’re the centre of the universe.

I hope not. I still want to know his real feelings on Jennifer Garner.

You do realize that plants have living cells, right?

I try and leave insects alone as much as possible. That is until we got bed bugs, while they do not spread diseases they bite and leave itchy red welts and have made sleeping a living nightmare. I will not continue to be dinner for these nocturnal vampires. So I got DE instead.

Thanks for keeping the bugs alive for the next person to get infested, a-hole. Save your Gandhi crap for your Nobel Prize acceptance speech.

Do you know what food grade means?

Food grade diatomaceous earth is safe to eat. People eat it to get more calcium. I've never heard of anyone being hurt by eating it.

Considering this post is 2yrs old, I hope u didnt use that pool-grade diatomaceous earth. ONLY the pool-grade is carcinogenic & has 70% sillica in it. The food grade is non-toxic &safe for mammals to ingest, but toxic to inhale as it does a # on human/mammal mucous membranes when inhaled. This is a very serious

There's a big difference between food grade and the kind u use in the pool. My prediction said its safe to use both around my kids and in there food. Its used by farmers for our food storage.

I read on the FDA website that food grade DE is in fact safe. You would have to breathe in a bunch of it to do damage. The other kind u use in your pool is dangerous to inhale.

Get a bed bug infestation and then lets see if you feel the same way.

Was bin laden a precious miracle?
