Raptors are in firmly in the NBA middle class with a guaranteed top 4 finish and exciting but flawed players. Unless your team has literally 2 top 15 players, that’s the best case scenario. As a Magic fan, I remember being content to watch my team win a decent amount of games and somehow make the Finals that one time.

I don’t get my reporters clutch their pearls when a NBA player leaves in Free Agency and then clown them when they re-sign with their team. You literally can’t have it both ways. Would it have been so difficult to mention something along the lines like, “Former #1 pick, perennial All Star Blake Griffin commits to

He could see his opportunities increase if even one of the Messi, Neymar, Suarez trio goes down with an injury.

The 27th, 28th and Julius Randle for a top ten maybe?? And by top ten we really mean picks #6-12

I think we can definitively say “The Process 2.o” started when the 76ers traded up in the draft. Hinkie would have never done that.

The real question is if he’s even better than D’Angelo Russell. Both had almost identical profile coming out of college so it seems to be a bit redundant pick for LAL.

Anyone who really, really follows the draft know that the picks are very rarely
set unless it’s a MVP quality player firmly entrenched at #1(Lebron, Anthony Davis, KAT to name a few). Players always drops and somebody always rises. Not even two years ago, the safest pick, with the prototype size and skills, NCAA

Real Madrid perfected team rotation this year as their 1st eleven won the Champions League and their 2nd eleven, ostensibly made up of homegrown and young players(Morata, Asensio,Vasquez, Kovacic, Nacho, Kiko Casilla!). I would like see any top class team win a league while starting Danile for 18 games. Their legacy

They need to go after family dollars not from the city dwellers who won’t bother showing up to game on a Saturday night(if you in downtown Miami why would you?) Move to stadium to a less flashy town up the 95 to Fort Lauderdale and up and they’ll have a more committed fan base and ease of access.

I’m pretty sure these are the strong takes from writers who only pay attention when the quarterfinals begin. Exactly how does one quantify “excitement” before a tournament has even begun?

Victor Oladipo is a perfectly fine C+/B-player. His main problem is that he does not have a special skill he can count on and isn’t good enough to be an all around player for a playoff calibre team. I think he’s already peaked and the NBA is going to keep marginalizing his skills but hey he got his extension from the

The lakers can’t stealth tank to keep their top 3 protected pick by making sensible decisions. That being said Byron Scott is clearly trolling the media for the last two years as I hope no coach could be actually that dumb.

Johnny depp in old guy makeup looks like James Spader right now(who just happens to be from Boston). Other Mass natives who would have been better if cast in supporting roles: Michael Chiklis, Ed Norton, David Morse, Kurt Russell and the dad from Dexter.
