My emotional responses to this episode are very like yours. Nothing is worse than Richard Horne because the mundane murders and familial abuse is just so darn predictable and realistic. He's fleeing for his life (which should never have happened), but he's acting like a crack-head selling the TV for a fix. I suppose

It's not about another season. It's about finishing the story. This is my firm belief, Oh Holy Laura. Sorry Dr. Jacoby.

It's what she's always been. Even with doppelgangers like Teresa, Maddie and Ronette.

Thanks! I love Juliette Binoche, so I'll check out Cache first!

Fuck off, Chad!

I've seen the Piano Teacher, which had a horrific story, but of course was very good. I'll see almost anything with Isabel.

I don't mind or plan to watch it.

Windham Earle may also be a pointless character, but he was played by a fine actor.

Before being horrifically murdered I presume?

Her proportions and style is so extreme, you just have to dive in and realize she's playing on a whole other level.

She does standup on the weekends!

This Is the Chair. It has to be a full sentence for maximum spookiness. My cable guide is using them as the entire episode descriptor, which is awesome.

No Lunch in the Conference Room! How many times does Truman have to say it, Chad?
He's keeping him around for a reason, there's a sting going on.

Considering the total Lillard meltdown going on across from her at the table, I thought Chrysta did sort of amazingly keeping her focus and pursuing all her Major Cooper questions. Gordon sent her in there for a reason, and now we're finally seeing why she's on the team.

We also need more people talking to each other's backs!

"Fuck you, Tammy!"

It's his thing. It'd be exciting to see him play a happy husband and father someday.

They aren't people, Bill.

I find it amusing, the very idea of rating any one episode of this Return. At most I could go with Good/Bad. This week needed all the catching up after the two week hiatus (and the LCD trip of Ep. 8), and I found its familiar plodding rhythms comforting. I'm willing to be mesmerised. And the creepiness of Mrs. Briggs
