They wouldn't do that because they wouldn't want to deal with all the extra bandwidth and probable customer service interactions because of people downloading this thinking it's the game.

My wife a team of (her) co-workers and I took it down finally on Weds night, ~3 1/2hrs... had people salty at me, walked out with raid feet, body and ship lol. Fun time, look forward to running it again after the weekly reset.

It was great the first few days, because it gave ascended materials for tearing down the duplicate gear, really became pointless after they nerfed that , unless you were driven to get the ship... dunno who would do a thing like that... certainly not me... *cough*

Don't feel too bad, the event only had 4 end-level drops: chest, head (95%), legendary sniper ("Superiority") (4%), and a legendary ship (...1%), ran the max I could do almost every day the event was live, ended up with 3 snipers outside of the norm head/body armor. ...and a ton of XP I guess :P
