Have you looked at the syllabus? It is 3 people (who do not speak for “the Cherokee” as you are trying to misrepresent) who list their own articles and then the articles which referenced those articles. It’s a self-serving circlejerk. Hardly an unbiased representation of scholarly thought or Native American opinion.
