Thanks! I’m still lurking, even if the site is obviously not what it used to be

Thanks, Evil Lincoln! Always happy to see you in the comments

Great article about a great episode of a great show.

You are correct and incorrect at the same time. He was dismissive of a game he thought was for kids because he doesn’t make stuff for kids. Once he was exposed to it and saw what it was about and the theme and story and freedom of the whole thing, he was clearly on board. If this was just him being dismissive of games

he’s willfully misinformed.

Whereas an episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000 cost less than $700,000/episode when it was on NetFlix.

Less than $500,000 now that they’ve gone indy.

How about some of that money go into the pockets of the folks who were worked to death to make it?

The wealthy look out for each other, even if they have demon horns.

The article fails to mention that while it’s started by the art director of the new XCOM, most of the team worked on Civilization. So it might be a 4x game

High school me played the hell out of Empire at War on a shitty little toaster. Would love to have some more of that.

Sickening and disgusting. Imagine, dating Bobby Kotick!  The skin crawls.

yeah, it’s weird. Why were they burying a restraining order that was retracted as false. It’d be a non-story for Kotick

wouldn’t the story only have legs for like, 12 seconds before everyone knew that it was ‘false’? There’s more to that story.

Honestly I’d be happy with either. There’s a shortage of anything Star Wars that isn’t straight third person or first person action. Squadrons was a breath of fresh air, despite how short it was.

“I told the Wall Street Journal that what I said eight years ago about Bobby was false. It is still false. In fact, in 2014, I signed a sworn statement making clear that what I had said was untrue,” the woman told Kotaku through a representative.”

I’m glad I played KOTOR the first go around because fuck console exclusivity, especially for non-owned studios.

I’m really hoping that the strategy game will be an RTS instead of turn-based (low probability, given the high-level involvement of an XCOM director).

That said, my personal preference would be for the Garfield version of Peter”

I realized immediately what you meant, but for a split-second I initially pictured Spider-Man hating Mondays and gorging himself on a lasagna.

Oh fuck right off.

Learn English. They is a very common singular pronoun, and has been long before trans folk started using it.

You’re at the top because the author didn’t respond to any other comments. You should know how that works since you’re a regular here. For someone who spends way too much time being toxic in the comments of a place they supposedly dislike, it’s kind of weird that you’ve wasted so much of your personal time here, idk.
