I consider(ed) myself a big Star Wars nerd, and I think most the movies, even the ones like Solo, had something going for them.
It’s not that I feel out of touch with people liking or disliking a movie, it was the toxicity that came with it.
People really want to hone in on the directors of these movies when it comes to blame, but studio interference/interaction was clearly a larger contributing factor.

I thought the same thing, and I think that it might have been more obvious had there just been a scene to help explain this. Instead we see it as Davis ghosting her fiance in her hometown with her overbearing family.
I like British panel shows but I also love to imagine that it’s the same four or five comedians finishing one set, moving the desks around themselves, deciding who gets to be host next, and calling it another show until they’ve all had a turn.
