Way too late for the Farragut. Discovery season 2 ended in 2258; if they keep up with real time, the show will be in 2261, and season 2 might be 2262. That’s consistent with Chapel’s presence in the show, since she joined Starfleet 5 years before “What Are Little Girls Made Of?” So we’re only a few years before Kirk…

I’m okay with it, but then again we haven’t even seen the show in action or how they want to address Kirk. I guess I’m in the “let’s wait and see.”

I’m pretty sure many of the folks were deadset against Discovery and have been since the beginning, irrespective of any of the quality within any episodes.
