What I rather like about that small little snippet of a scene is that Mirror Kira looked and sounded quite distraught at the news of Mirror Odo's death. As if there were some actual and true feelings involved there, sociopath that Mirror Kira seems to be.

I agree, I don't think the Federation's responsibilities are done once Sisko and O'Brien beam up. I would be surprised if they didn't follow up with a galaxy class starship full of counselor trois to help these poor fools work through their trauma.

I guess I'm not getting the disappointment expressed here for the ending of "Paradise". I think what is being overlooked is that these people have spent the last ten years isolated and stranded on this planet and effectively being brainwashed by Head Bitch Alexus.
