The electoral college is basically to make sure candidates appeal to all regions of the country. Caucuses are fucking dumb. Super delegates are stupid. Delegates make sense since we need swing states and some states with high minority turnout are in states we don’t always win. But lots of minorities vote for democrats…

In this instance she would actually have been on the right side. Hillary is completely against all state-level death penalties. That would fall under this. She only supports the death penalty at the federal level for terrorism crimes.
