Look, I personally felt the whole “Deflategate” thing was a load of horseshit from the word go, but everybody just HAD to get all up in arms about it. Talk about making a mountain out of a fucking molehill.

Five years ago, maybe. You could argue that the neck surgery a couple of seasons ago and the fact the man is literally falling apart this season are indicators that something did happen. My point is that given this recent accusation is well past it’s time for anybody, including the NFL, to legitimately care.
If he had as many Super Bowl wins as Brady, then I’d be pissed. This is an instance where his inability to win in big time situations actually helps him out.
Well, the good news is that DeBrincat can cross the Flyers off the list of potential teams interested in drafting him.
I suspect it’s both.
I’m with you on that one. Granted, I’m a fan of Silver Spring, MD’s own Lewis Black, but having two kids at different stages depicted in the film really hit me. Especially with my oldest being less than 500 days away from hitting double digits in age.
So pissed that Veep is going to California to film because of the idiots running the legislature in Annapolis. Did a major catch up on the series, and found out they filmed like 5 minutes from where I live for seasons 3 and 4 (Town Center at Glen Burnie AND BWI).
Much like Ransom made me hate Gary Sinise for a while, Beasts of No Nation did the same for Idris Elba. And I LOVE his work. That was a hauntingly good film.
I made it through most of the first season, but never finished it. The first episode of this season just turned me off. Damn shame, since I happen to enjoy Christopher Eccleston’s work.
Well, could be that Thrash just fucking hates the NYFG. Playing for the Eagles and Skins will do that.
Watching that call, my first reaction was like, “Uh, someone’s not paying attention.” Morelli did his best and said it was a judgement call not to throw a flag. I don’t think that extra foot would have helped New Orleans anyways, especially on the fact that on two of the three previous plays, the end lineman kept…
Agreed. One of the main reasons she’s been pretty successful, in my opinion, is that she’s actually capable of doing her job. Yeah, she might screw up every once in a while (which happens to everyone), but I haven’t seen anything egregious in her ability to do the job, and she does it quite well.
Exactly my point. One fuck up is fine, because, you know, shit happens in the heat of the moment. That’s just being human.
I beg to differ on this. With the exception of that one gaffe, she’s been literally the most competent member of that crew all season. No way in hell is that dog hunting.
True story: first trip to California back in ‘03. Get to the rental counter and get talked into moving up to a convertible. Of course, it’s a damned Sebring.
Probably not, because Greg’s too cozy with the NFL himself, calling games for CBS.
Wait, wasn’t “Inside the NFL” originally an HBO show before it moved to Showtime? Methinks Bryant is still pissed he never got a decent chance to be on that show before it left...EIGHT YEARS AGO.
As someone else mentioned here already, damn disappointing he won’t be on the hook when the eventual relegation happens, and believe me, it’s going to happen, because there isn’t a more deserving club than Chelsea to actually make it happen.
Not like getting your contract traded to the Raiders is a sign of confidence, whether you wanted to play for the team or not.
Yes, there was a roster issue in Pittsburgh. I’m not disagreeing with that. Yes, he was cut, but the fact that he didn’t exactly make a push to go back is telling, whether it was to Cinci’s practice squad or another team, initially.
