@jamar0303: This is true. I can see the allure then in your case. Yet, most people that I know/heard of having a iPad, are at least relatively tech savvy. I would say your scenario is in the minority of people who bought iPads.

I never understood the allure of the iPad anyway. Really, what does it do that a iphone cant? And if you really wanted something with a little more processing power yet dont want a full laptop, why not get a netbook and have tons more flexibility?
