...ignoring, of course, the whole part where her candy was a bloody HAND OUT....

Actually, the local mom-and-pop pizza places by me (in NJ) make excellent salads. At least it’s one sign that they’re using fresh ingredients in their entrees.

Conservatives often miss this - the welfare state keeps the rich safe. If impoverished Billy isn’t getting by, because there are no handouts to be had to help put food on his table, he may (rightly?) decide that he’s justified in robbing rich Percival’s ass.

I once tried to leave feedback on their website about how their ads sucked because Papa John insisted on being in every one of them, and they should not make him the public face of their company.

They wanted tons of personal info just to submit that, including my address and phone number.

Fuck that gin blossomed asshole.

Years ago, he was interviewed on CNN, and he ranted about how pissed off he was that consultants he’d hired made him switch from canned mushrooms to fresh mushrooms, because in his opinion, CANNED MUSHROOMS TASTE SO MUCH BETTER. Canned. Mushrooms.

Jesus, have you ever tried ordering from an actual pizzaria? It’s like you’re ordering on a gradient scale of suck. You start at least terrible and work your way down.

What if you only eat the local pizza? I’ve eaten national chain Chinese food, hamburgers, and hot dogs from various places, but I rarely eat the national chain pizzas.

“I’ll show them liburals! I’m gonna buy and eat this shitty pizza!”

Pizza places should NOT offer wings. When have they ever been anything but a gooey, steamed mess by the time they arrive?

Also a large presence in or near Business parks. Folks in my office building order bulk from there all the time. Their pies even smell bad, which is pretty hard to do with pizza.

Yeah cheap pizze and a huge presence in college towns and rural areas without other delivery options is what keeps the company in business

Yes. I’m certain its the NFL, and not the protesting of having to give his workers health care or the fact that it’s a tossup if the pizza or the slimy chicken wings are worse.

Man, just look at that guy. Sometimes appearances really aren’t deceiving. I get irrationally angry every time I see him on TV. I’m glad to see confirmation that he’s as big of an asshole as he looks.

Not really.

Eh...it’s hard for this to be an accurate metaphor when ultimately only dealing with two individuals.

I think it’s trending towards being more little-kid friendly (and towards being more protected in general, just like parenting has the past few decades), but I still saw a decent number of trick-or-treating gangs out in the dark last night.

When I was a kid, Daylight Savings was over by Halloween, so I didn’t have a choice but to go out after dark. We’d do it from 6 to 9ish, as 9:00 has always seemed to be the unspoken trick-or-treating deadline.

As a kid in the 80's and 90's, I went door-to-door escorted by my parents from 5pm-8pm. In my experience, by the time kids can go on their own, many people think they are too old to trick-or-treat.

I see you went to Wharton too.
