I’m confused. Why is it okay to have games named Shadows of the Empire, Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of the Colossus, but these two cannot share Prey?

I am near the end of the third island and the main story isn’t that bad. Now, if you go after the Espers the dialogue gets really weird really fast. You will have to see it to understand. It's a complete tonal shift.
