@JayDeEm: My girlfriend and I are in the same boat. We're working on trying to leash train the cat. (much to my embarrassment and shame) but this is the most dog like cat I have ever met; it plays fetch, waits for us at the door and does basic sit/stand tricks.

I worked at a video store for several years, I amassed a huge collection of DVDs. Now that I have a great media center computer, terrabytes of harddrive space, and a 30mbps internet connection it's way faster to download than to rip and re-encode the movies that I already own.

Some new "eco-friendly" wines come in aluminum or steel bottles, they'd probably also chill faster than something in a glass bottle, no matter what method you use.
