You know that metacity has a built in compositor and you don't need to use compiz... It works without accelerated graphics, so this is a non-issue.

If you were in the legal Vista open beta a few years back and still have that key kicking around, you can apparently use it to register up to 10 systems with the PDC version of Windows 7... if you can find it somewhere.

I still can't figure out why no one has been able to duplicate the "signed code" on themes. Microsoft should just use that instead of Authentication for Genuine windows.
