Yeah, I use bitpim to get my contact lists off old phones and onto the new phones whenever I switch, and to a lesser degree to get games and stuff, depending on the phone and what's supported.
Larger button surface = less missing the back button = more productivity.
This would have been great a month ago.

Deluge (torrent client) has a plugin that does the same thing. Also works in the windows version.

Every once in a while I go the full monty.
I have a vertical toolbar on the left side, about 1" wide with shortcuts to all of my various excel and word template for customer quotes and follow-ups. And a folder with just the "arrows" showing that I click and it brings up a list of all of my price lists.
My girlfriend used it to map coordinates of Paleolithic Gravesites for an archeology paper... Other than that *shrug*
