Surprised they didn't hit a deer or a moose. I was just out a the lake they did this at and there was hundreds of deer around and a couple of moose.

As for recycling, hybrids aside, cars are one of the most recycled products produced. How many tv's or cellphones have multiple owners? There is a whole industry in second hand parts and parts not used are sent to scrap and remade into new cars.
