You should definitely have a health professional check your Orthostatic blood pressure. If there is a significant change in blood pressure during the ortho’s that's likely the cause of your dizziness. Some medications (like vertigo meds) can exacerbate the issue as well. But it is definitely something to keep in mind.

Do you get dizzy when you change position or is it constant? If it's with position change have your orthostatic BP checked
