I usually do 3 sets of 8-12 reps on whatever machine I'm doing. I've always read that you should rest 30 seconds to 1 minute in between sets, so it seems ridiculous to step away in between. This is what I assumed Erin was talking about. Are we thinking of different scenarios?? I don't see how this is bad etiquette.
