Your scientists were so concerned with whether or not they could, they never stopped to ask themselves whether or not they should.

How would this compare with a new Honda VFR800 or a Kawasaki Ninja 1000? I really like both of those bikes, and this seems like it’s gunning for the same sort of market space. Seems to me like it would occupy a place comfortably between those two. I’d imagine the Ninja 1000 feels a bit more raw and unrefined, but

That particular nut has been rattling around for a long while now. I don’t think I’ll ever manage to get it torqued down.

I don’t regret it, not for a moment! It was and is an amazing car and an integral part of my personal identity for a long time! It’s more just realizing that I’d gone so far with it that it ceased to actually meet my needs as a vehicle. Which is why it isn’t really the “dumbest shit,” exactly. I just got older and

I don’t know if this counts, but...

I got the ol’ iPod loaded up in the truck recently, after spending every morning for the past month or so listening to CNN on the way in to work. I find I’m in a much better mood when I get there these days, now that I have the soothing tones of German sludge metal to serenade me on my long commute.

Love me the big BMW R-bikes. I’m a big fan of the new R1200RTs, but I always get a little nervous when I first see ‘em on the road here because so many motorcycle cops out here ride them. Still, I can hardly hold that against the bike itself!

Good luck! I’m sure you’ll have many happy miles regardless of what you choose!

It depends, honestly. I live in Phoenix, and I don’t usually have a problem with the heat, but I ride a lot of freeway miles, so that helps. If the heat really becomes a problem, you can remove the fairing lowers to help a bit.

There are dozens of us! Literally dozens!!!

I love my Kawasaki Concours for many of the same reasons that you like your Viffer. I used to be all about hard-core sportbikes with clip-on bars and peaky motors, but I pretty abruptly changed my tune a few years ago.

I played 3.5 and Pathfinder both for many years, and I still like them a lot, but... yeah, 5e has pretty much taken over, both for the campaign I run and the games in which I play.

I’m not a hip-hop fan myself — I grew up in eastern Montana, far and away from the neighborhoods and boroughs that were rap’s formative crucibles — but this discussion brought up something that I do identify with.

Heavens.

My first car was a 1991 Saab 9000 turbo. I miss it every single day. Fantastic cars.

Not too many people get to say they made a positive, life-changing decision while in the back of a windowless van...

Porsche decides to build the Cayenne Pickup truck with the twin-turbo V8.

“Ihre papiere, bitte. Schnell, schnell!”

All of these new characters they keep shoehorning into Street Fighter games are so overpowered...

How about a Saab 9-3 Viggen 3-door? I’ve always had a soft spot for Swedish metal.
