@kavka: I think you have to see who hired them in that they made their own companies. I think if you look in the field of startups that you see exactly the same sorts of people. IBM didn't hire Jobs or Gates which would be a more apt comparison.

@AYB: Actually, that's exactly what it should do. All of the drivers are virtualized so when your Win7 Image sends out "sound" to the "hdmi" driver, it actually just goes to the virtual hardware which then passes it to Windows on your mate's computer. That copy of windows then figures out what to do with the raw…
