Last time I tried to pair my bluetooth headset with my I pod I lost 2 days of sleep and my blood pressure spiked to 1000 psi (thats right it was so bad that it had to be measured in psi).

You can use Evernote to keep copies of reciepts too. Because it uses ocr to make them searchable, you can find what you are looking for much faster.

Mobile Air Mouse is the most useful app I have seen for the iphone/ipod touch yet.
