I think that pedestrian has some large granite boulders with him...

Maybe a decade ago, you’d be on point...

Agreed, would be a great time if you have been looking at Subaru stock.

It feels like the rust and oil control problems should have cancelled one another out...

Early 2000's Audi? You’ve said enough already, CP.

Mostly anyone who has more than one vehicle in their household where the filters are on different sides of said vehicles.

Interestingly enough, it would actually be legal to import a Lada Niva into the USA, as they were sold new in Canada (up until 1998 I believe). So because they meet our guidelines, with some modification, it could be imported into the USA via Canada.

It hasn’t been proven that Elon (or more aptly, Tesla) can’t do mass production yet. It’s going to take some time to get everything ironed out. You may turn out to be right in the future, but this is a relatively fresh company doing something that some of the biggest, oldest and strongest corporations in the world

Transport Canada’s rules are essentially a copy and paste job of DOT standards with a few exceptions (one of the major ones being that we can import vehicles after 15 years, the USA is just starting to enjoy R32's and we’ve move on to R33's and early R34's) It’s not that we are unoriginal (well, maybe we are), but so

Both of those things are stable offences...

How can anyone say America needs gun control?!? It seems like things are well in hand. Also, I think shooting out tires of vehicles you want to move out of the way is perfectly sane, rational and not contradictory in any way.

I was always surprised that Honda made an Accord Coupe as long as they did. Nobody’s going to fault you for doing it longer than you could probably make a case for it.

1st Gear:

“Niche luxury” is going to be a small market. Genesis isn’t BMW.

If you take out the Genesis Coupe sales, which are 3/4 of what Hyundai sells in its Genesis lineup (or previous lineup, I should say, of the Coupe and sedan, as Genesis is a full fledged sub-brand now) the figures are approximately the same per capita as the USA, as Australia’s population is about 24 million vs USA’s

I trust you Jason, but I was sure you were making up how ridiculous this guy was. Watched the video, you weren’t lying; this guy is foolish, not going to call him stupid, but he is foolish. Change the damn tires, problem gone! Don’t have tolerance for this kind of arrogant first world problem.

Concur. My family had a whole lot of Suburbans from about 1984 until 2016. It is 100% a GMT400, likely a GMT425 (GMC Suburban) because they were the ones that most frequently came with barn doors, and that looks to me like the GMC steering wheel, as the center hub is slightly different on the Chevrolet Suburban.

Don’t disagree that many European cities have these systems, but most European mass transit systems don’t work like ours. Traffic is frequently less than that in a Major North American city, as owning a car is not a societal and practical imperative. Therefore traffic density isn’t near what it is here. There are lots
