Why do people, especially white people, think that if you do the "Hands up, Don't Shoot" sign that you are for looting? No, they are not. They are trying to bring awareness to a situation that African Americans faced on a daily basis. They are tired of it and want their voices heard.

That's so idiotic to apologize for the player's expressing their own thoughts on the situation. Putting a "Hands Up" sign is in no way disrespectful to police. Maybe they should look hard at their own conduct rather than expect others to blindly go along with everything they do.

And then when the boss, who will keep his job, gets the slap on the wrist. He will make your life or your entire group's life as much hell as possible. Saying "Have you been losing weight? Skinny looks good on you!" one time is not workplace harassment.

So people should be in trouble just for saying to a co-worker: "Did you get a haircut?" or "That's a nice shirt, where did you get that?" I mean really think about what you're saying:
