I would say that Legend is a decent film in being atmospheric and emotional.  This was devoid of emotion in addition to story.

Seriously, I have never seen the amount of revelation that comes from those who are bothered by criticism to a film.  I don't have anything against those who loved the film.  I thought it was a piece of shit, but I don't go after those who like it as sheeple.

If the filmmakers had introduced the main characters as children everything would work.  The whole scientists going to find their maker thing was a bad choice.

Totally.  It's funny as I read all the criticisms of the movie is that I really think if the film impressed us at all we wouldn't be so bothered by all these shortcomings.  It is the fact it was such a letdown that opens it up to the logic holes.  And my god there are so many.
