This is probably off topic, but what is the benefit of a front office employee leaking info to a journalist? Journalists obviously like it but I don’t see what the other side gets out of the relationship.

Does this just apply to an account being used and not the device itself? I only use android but have a couple of tablets that I haven’t used in months/years. I use my phone daily and haven’t received any notifications.
